Leak at power lift arms

Does anyone know if there are seals or "O" rings where the lift arms connect to the shafts out of the housing in under the back of the seat. My YM1700 is leaking on both sides. Would like to fix if I can get parts.

See if this helps. I had already washed it off, both sides were covered with oil coming from around these shafts.

There are o-rings.

Went by Fredricks today and his book showed a plastic inner seal and outer "O" ring. Picked them up and will tear into it the next couple of days and see what happens.
