I have a 2520 that is 3 years old with about 180 hrs. For some reason one of the connections came loose on the line from the loader to the tractor, got it reconnected finally after relieving the pressure now I noticed that there is a small drip off and on from one of the other connections think it might be the coming from the green connection but not sure. All the connecting collars are tight, and the nuts on the 4 lines seem to be tight. Would it be the O ring on the male connection. Never had a problem before with this either in the summer or winter. I might get a small drip about the size of a dollar on the paper every couple of days. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

Welcome to TBN:D

Sounds like you need a new QD (quick disconnect)...Available through JD for about $15.00 or so...or it is possible there is some dirt in there.

Thanks for the help, for now it is a minor drip off and on, once it gets a bit warmer I will crawl under and take a really good look, for I am going to wrap paper towel around each connection to double check which one it could be.
I was moving some of the manure pile around so I could have got some dirt in there.

I've had the same problem a couple times over the years -

Just had to disconnect the lines, wipe down the ends (both male and female) with a clean rag, and re-install - leak gone.

Not very long after I bought the 790 the male quick couplers for the loader leaked when just sitting there disconnected from the tractor. Did not notice small oil slick on the grass till a few days later. There was an o-ring lodged half way out one of the male quick coupler and the rest were weaping. Dealer warrantied it and replaced all of the male quick couplers also. Been good ever since.
