Leaking fluid at rear hub of 165

Hi all,

I have a leak in the rear that is dripping onto the left wheel hub when parked after running (hard to tell if it leaks while operating). Is this a leaking axle bearing? If it is, is this something thsat I can repair without special tools/equipment?

Also, I have just installed a loader and I find that the power steering is not up to the task at all. Any suggestions.
