Leaky remote valves?

I recently had two rear remotes installed on my TC35D. I also had a tilt cylinder installed on the 3 pt. I find that over time (1/2 hour) a raised implement slowly extends the tilt cylinder about 1 inch (even when the engine is off and the tractor not moving). By disconnecting the quick remotes I have been able to prove that the tilt cylinder is NOT the problem. The mechanic has pretty much proven that the remote valves are not very tight, meaning that fluid will slowly leak past the valve when it is in the closed position. This is on the second set of new remotes (the first had the exact same problem). The mechanic states that NH is aware that the valves are not very tight. So my question is this:

Has anyone else with a TC35/40/45 and rear remotes experienced excessive leakdown through the valves? If you have rear remotes with a tilt cylinder, please try this test. Raise a heavy implement off the ground. Retract your tilt cylinder. Wait some brief period of time (1/2 hour) and measure if the cylinder has extended.

I have a TC33D with remote valve and it drifts down over an extended time. This occurs with the top-link or small implements. There is also no visual oil leak so it must be within the valve.

I have 3 NH rear remote valves and Tisco cylinders doing the TNT thing. I too noticed they bleed down, but I'm not surprised. Many manufacturer's of TNT - world wide - install a check valve in conjunction with the hydraulic cylinder. This told me that spool valve bleed down on TNT is a common problem - not unique to NH. I will eventully add a check valves and flow restrictors to my rig.
