Leftover B2410

I have been looking at tractors for several months now. It will be used to maintain 7.5 acres, 5 flat clear, 2.5 wooded. Mostly grass cutting,moving dirt, driveway installation and maintainence, etc... I was leaning towards either a b7800 or the L2800. Both of these with loaders are priced at about $15,000 at the local dealer. While looking at the dealership I noticed a dusty 2410 with 352 loader, sitting in the back of the lineup. The dealer explained it was a new tractor, just a leftover, priced at $12,900. I know this is a deluxe model, so I am interested. He said it would run a 60" rear mount finish mower. Is this accurate? I will probably cut the acre around the house with a smaller John Deere. I can't decide if this is enough tractor, or if I should just get one of the bigger tractor.

I have a B2410 and it easily runs my 60" rear finish mower. Depending on how often/how thick you're grass is, it would probably run a 72 without much trouble. I almost bought a 72 but chickened out. It would have been fine for what I do. Just so you know, I believe the last year of production on the 2410 was 2004. I bought mine in 2003 and I find it a great compromise of power and size/manuverability for my needs.

The dealer said it was a 2004 model. From what I've read the 2410 is a strong little tractor. Maybe the guy would take $12,000 for it.

2410 is the one I started out to buy.
Would still take one.
