leftover seed - how to store it?

Thanks for the info. I'm still unsure why your growing organic clover. Are you growing it for forage, for certified organic dairy cows/farms?

good question - right now we're growing it as green manure (we'll till it in next spring), but we're also looking into selling it as forage.. our business plan seems to change with the new england weather (about every 5 minutes).
