Lesson Learned, almost the hard way

Going to take the MMM off for the first time, so I pulled the tractor up on the patio.........ummmm, MMM wont go all the way down, dummy take the tiller off, the hydraulics work together. Take tiller off......a breeze with the pats, then pull back under patio.........this time with loud noise..............roll bar hit this time...........what the...........dummy tiller weighted it down some, or in this case just enough to get under........

Luckily all is still in tact, but the roll bar has some white paint on it.

Danny-I have managed to get orange paint on almost everything in my yard...including daughter's van's bumper.

Guess I am just marking my territory!

I had to trim every tree on the property to clear the rops. Learned that a B7100 can do quite a wheelie when assisted by low branch. Fortunately the B2400 is approx. same rops heighth so that hasn't been a problem lately.
Purchased an FEL with B2400 and thought I'd try to mow with FEL attached( LAZY ). Mistake!! Kubota orange on numerous immovable objects around the place! We now remove FEL prior to mowing!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I see I am in some royal company. The one thing that worried me about this is that I am UNDER the patio cover and I dont have a cover on the bota. I feel much better now that I am not alone in the "OOPS" camp!

If I didn't have a full cab on my tractor I'm sure I'd whack that ROPS every time I took it out! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif The cab helps me to remember that this isn't my old lawn tractor and I can't just duck under the low branch! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
