I read your first entry and then forwarded to the very end without reading evrything.
Stop allowing access! I know being a "good neighbor" is a noble thing to do, but it has backfired on me several times.
We allowed select neighbor persons to fish at our pond. No waivers, no fees, etc. Just simply the good old neighborly permission. Next thing I know is that there are crowds of people there at the pond on memorial day weekend last year. We keep things nice, so it does look like a park. When I walked over there to see what was going on, it was my neighbor throwing a party at the pond. Obviously I "crashed" the party and now I'm the opposite end of the horses mouth.
Now as far as I'm concerned, no one is to be there. Mother always said, "nice guys finish last."
