Long leaf pine, we live down in the deep South East where they are native. Me and my wife planted 5 acres around the house 6 years ago, yeah they don't get it no hurry to grow. Lol

A map shows that we live at the northern edge of a zone that would support long leaf pine. It would be nice to have one or two and I'll have to check this out, thanks!

Welcome Chim. Just be sure where you plany it to plan on babying it a few years. It will look like a ball of grass until it shoots up. Easy to mow it if not careful
