I was near 95-97% of lift capacity. It might have been able to lift another 100 lbs. or so. It was dicey traveling and then lifting the load to dump. The teeth give the bucket more capacity.
Sone things I make real sure of when loading rocks in the bucket using the excavator, is:
1. Go slow & steady.
2. Don't drop rocks, place them
3. Most important, have bucket firmly on ground and if possible lift front axle off ground so as not to break axle. (Don't ask me how I know this)
