Yeah mine's a one horse show, so it gets to do a lot. I acquired the tig for a pretty nice deal and then learned how to use it after the fact (good to have buddies that are decent at it to show me the ropes). It is very easy with mild steel though, the real skill shows up when you've gotta do thin(er) stainless and/or aluminum and that's where my inexperience really shows through. the QA is nice, I need to see what a set of forks runs. not sure (at the moment, I know I'll find something eventually) what else I'd use it for.

What kind of side cutting edges? (pic/link?) I'm not sure I've seen them. I do think I'll see about fabbing/procuring a set of those teeth for the backhoe bucket for certain things (or a narrower bucket).

When you buy forks, look for a set you can use on the loader arms and the 3 point hitch. Before Mahindra began offering such an animal under the Kodiak name, I bought a pin-on style fork unit from Rankin Mfg. with a 3700 lb. capacity, much more than my tractor could ever lift. I spent about $150 parts and labor to have my mobile welder fabricate what I needed to put the forks on the 3 point. It isn't often I need to lift more than the loader will handle. But on occasion there is an extra heavy pallet of firewood the front end loader, coupled with the extra weight of the forks added in, will not lift, especially if it is stuck to the frozen ground. I paid around $700.00 for the Rankin forks a few years ago. Because they were already at the dealer when I bought them, I didn't have to pay a freight charge.

Even though I don't need a 3700 lb. capacity unit, I am glad I bought it because some of the big logs I've lifted would have damaged a less sturdy unit.

My mPower 75...first day it arrived to the house and loaded up, ready to head to the farm. Have put 25 hours on it in two days cutting my fields that were overgrown. The 75 hp and the HD 8' cutter took down everything in its path. Now that it's under control, it'll be easy from here on out. So far, so good, loving the tractor.

Congrats. Now you need to update your profile and buy a canopy. Is that loader from KMW?
hugs, Brandi

No canopy needed yet I don't believe... I know Kodiak makes their cutters, not sure about loader?
