May just go the rototiller route since I don't have a disc. I could pay the row cropper that cut it up a few months ago to cut it again but I don't know how busy they are. Dad's tractor that ill be using is a 5525 (90hp) deere with 7 foot rototiller. Maybe 2 good days I can have it in pretty good shape.

90 hp on a 7 ft tiller will be plenty. 2 days for tilling should be fine. Ideally spray w roundup a week before.

I had large (as in full size pickup tire swallowing and bottom the truck out)furrows in 10 acres. Disced it several times and paid attention to how i set the disc angels and which way it was throwing the dirt.
Ran a tiller over it in spots making sure the tiller was moving the dirt high spots to low spots. Then ran the tiller over the whole thing. On the last pass most of the time the tiller was only a couple inches deep so as to bust up the large clods from the disc.
Once you had it down to smaller sizes the land plane should help a lot. Grass is the only problem i would expect to be a big issue and the tiller will probably chop it up pretty fine.
Before I seeded I did drag a length of chain link fence over it with two large I beams (or what ever you have) strapped to the chain link.
Then seeded using pto cone type broadcast spreader with the chain link (no weights) dragging about 20 feet behind the spreader.
Went quicker than I expected.
Once tilled a boxblade could do a lot if care was used.

Since you have access to a tiller and a 90hp I wouldn't give it a second thought. Find a nice weekend and go at it. It won't be that bad.

If you have access to a field cultivator run it through there before the tiller. Run first with the direction it was disc and then at say 45 degree angle. If you have access it needs to run with some speed, does not need to be very deep.
