lifan 6.5 hp. does it make 12v power??

trying to wire a light to my wood splitter as the days are getting shorter and have no clue if its possible or how.. i didnt think it was till i saw a trail bike with the same motor on it and it had a light. ive tested all the wires for 12v power but only one that does shuts the motor off. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

had no clue where to put this so mods feel free to move it.
