Pics taken in Cuttyhunk, MA for those interested. (Westernmost Elizabethan Island - between Mainland Mass & Martha's Vinyard)

I wish I had a dog that responded that well to the "fetch me a beer" command... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Life is a beach...and then there's a beer... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Rat

Probably the most enjoyable thing when I head North to the mountain is to see my dog romping. Brings my heart joy to see him.

Hazmat,
I'll be stoping in Cuttyhunk in couple of weeks on my way to Edgartown... What brought you there.... Kind of an out of the way place unless your a boater...

If I ever took my six goldens to a place like that they'd be sniffing every single rock looking for tennis balls! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

You answered your own question. I'm an avid sailor. My parent's keep their sailboat in Padanaram,MA (on Buzzard's Bay near New Bedford). The wife & I stole the boat for the weekend. We're going to sail to Maine for 2 weeks in July. I can't wait!

I always get a kick reading about "my backyard" in sailing magazines - the "world renowned" cruising grounds of MV, ACK, the Cape & Newport. Doesn't everybody have dozens of protected harbors, beatiful beaches, and awesome sunrises/sunsets within a day's sail of their home port? /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif As I get older, I'm beginning to understand just how spoiled I am. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

The younger dog (I'll post a pic later if I remember) was playing frisbee all afternoon.
