lift arm length

I have a DX33 with a 5 ft KK. Since the pins on the KK are pretty high my tractor does not lift the implement very high. My lift arm has three pin holes to adjust with on the left side so I move to another hole to get the higher lift. Of course the right side is adjusted with the crank. Perhaps if your tractor has the extra holes you can restrict how high it lifts that way if necessary.

If you don't want to go the cost or have them on there all the time (the quick hitch which would give you an inch or two) you could have extensions welded on the cutter to move the lift pins forward. Don't forget to be sure the pto shaft is still long enough.
