What do you use those Kubota loader arm thru-holes for? Here's what lives in ours.
Shovel, hoe, hook, rock bar, and a cheater pipe for the SSQA levers.
Still room for one more something...
A single bungy around the hoe holds it all in place.

I generally keep a flat shovel and maybe a rake in my crossover tube. I've always been tempted to make up a set of caps and use the tube for chains, but use the hand tools more often.

On my loader they are typically reserved for bird nests since my loader stays parked quite a bit.

I know what you mean. We've got two work areas by the barn that belong to the birds until their young fledge each year. I encourage them with good nest boxes and such. Lots of swallows, too.

Something I've never had to use. I keep both of them well greased (I have a 2 pin ATI on one tractor and a Kubota OEM on the other. What I do is, when I want to remove any SSQA implement, I tilt the loader arms back as far as I can and then the pins have no pressure on them and release with no effort.

Far as the cross hole, never used it for anything.

Yep, they need to be greased. Do you mean the bucket arms? I've never tried doing it that way. I always put it flat on the ground. Not sure that tilting back the long rock bucket would unload the pins.

I was referring to the SSQA frames attached to the tractors. They release much easier if you tilt whatever you have attached to them as far back as possible and yes, I keep the sliding pins well lubricated as well. been my experience that the ATI (Attachment Technologies) SSQA loader side base is much heavier duty than the OEM Kubota issue. I have both of them so I can compare.

I'll toss a rake, shovel, or something in there when needed- but I keep thinking one day I'll make a chain box for them. So I'll probably never do that. 🤣
