Lifting - Moving - Rigging

I don't know if this has been put out before but the recent post about lifting an I beam 12 feet up on columns (sorry..too lazy to find and post a link) got me thinking of rigging to lift a beam when I hopefully build a machine shed this spring. Found a military manual on rigging. Has everything from ropes through hoists and scaffold. (2.8 meg .pdf) Nice section on knots and splicing rope.

The root page has a huge list of military manuals some probably already seen; hydraulics, etc.

What did I do wrong. When I clicked "Riging Manual" I got page not found. Tben I clicked on "List" got page not found. Then everything I tried, back to TBN, Home page all gave Page not found. Logoff back on Home page not found.
Reboot and got back here to post this information. Anyone have any ideas as to what happened? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

The site with the manuals is a secure US Government site. Your computer may not recognize the Security Certificate. Check your browser Security and Certificate options to see if you are refusing unknown Certificates. Mine asked if I wanted to accept the certificate. YMMV
