I haven't played at night yet, but I think I'll be able to see better now. Now I want to figure out how to make a pocket under the roof to keep manuals and stuff like that in. Any ideas?

Garth, nice lights and wow! That grapple looks like pure Bizness!!

Nice set-up!

You will enjoy it, I'm sure.

The lights look good! As far as manual storage perhaps a piece of PVC pipe with caps on both ends? keeps everything clean and dry and it can be painted to match

Hiya Garrett,

Nice setup! Complete with mud!

That grapple looks like just what I have been looking for to load firewood into the trailer.

Does it have JD bucket mounts or did you have to get skid steer mounts?

It appears to be the GM model, is it?

How wide and what spacing?

Did it come with everything needed to plumb up the cyl's?

And of course, how much? (not that it matters I just need to know so I can tell the wife it costs 1/2 of what it really does..) :D

Thanks,

Tom

That grapple is an Anbo and it cost $3000. It came ready to hook up (they make them for whatever FEL you have). I already had the other set of lines there as my bucket is a 4-in-1.

There are cheaper alternatives and I haven't had a chance to see how handy it is yet. Maybe tomorrow?

The PVC with a cap sounds pretty interesting. I could put a couple up there. Maybe insulate one to keep a few beers, I mean pops cool.

Oh yeah, I think it is 66" wide and the spacing is 6". I think you can get 8" and 12" spacing too. The price goes down a little with bigger spacing, but barely.

I can't find it right now; but Global Industrial has red plastic manual boxes in both cylindrical and flat style with lift up lid. My only gripe with cylindrical manual storage is the book will curl permanently into that shape and is a pain to use.

Global's boxes are pretty; but pricey compared to PVC pipe and end fittings.

My preference is flat storage.
