I installed (2) front and (2) rear 55w led lights on my cab tractor and they practically turn night into day. In my case I used existing wiring and switches, so I actually just replaced the OEM incandescent lights and altered the mounts. In hindsight I think (2) 27w leds would have been more than adequate.
Since you specifically mention rear snow blowing, I have seen several videos from a guy in Newfoundland that may interest you... he mounted a light on the blower chute so the area getting thrown to is perfectly illuminated. I believe his name is Paul, and he may be a poster here on TBN.
