Does anyone have a recommendation for a lighting kit for a Kubota L3901. I will be running a reverse 3 pt. snow blower and want some better illumination in the back... as well as the front. What do you all run?

These are the kitty kats meow. I put a pair on my roll bar facing forward and tied them into the headlight circuit and added an on/off switch. When I turn on the headlights at night, I can switch these on or off and they light up good enough to run a finishing mower after dark. Very bright. Lots on here have these same lights.

Kubota runs power/ground 10A work light circuit wiring to the left rear fender that you can tap into and install any lights you want. Most of us use LED floods -- very easy to come by and prices have come way down.

The front-facing lights can be mounted to the ROPS with no fuss -- you can take advantage of the threaded nut welded to the front of the ROPS near the hinge on each side (it's a metric thread, I forget which). I imagine you could mount rears too, if you make a bracket. I mounted my single rear light to the bracket for the slow-moving-vehicle triangle.

you will find a lot of 27 watt LED 60 degree flood lights on Amazon and Ebay... all very good lights & Very Bright,
prices are less than $10 each, you can get them square or round.

I u-bolted a bar to my ROPS with some pucks underneath for spacers. Drilled into that & put in 4 LEDS (2 fwd, 2 back). Ran wire up to the dash, Drilled a hole for a switch & tapped into the auxiliary fuse. Maybe 2 hours of easy work.

I installed (2) front and (2) rear 55w led lights on my cab tractor and they practically turn night into day. In my case I used existing wiring and switches, so I actually just replaced the OEM incandescent lights and altered the mounts. In hindsight I think (2) 27w leds would have been more than adequate.
Since you specifically mention rear snow blowing, I have seen several videos from a guy in Newfoundland that may interest you... he mounted a light on the blower chute so the area getting thrown to is perfectly illuminated. I believe his name is Paul, and he may be a poster here on TBN.

Aluminum bar stock with a trailer U bolt. Drilled it for a rear light and wired the harness but haven't installed it. Inexpensive 36w LED combination spot/flood off eBay. SPST switch from auto parts store.

Be careful where you mount it if you have to fold your ROP bar: mine fits right in but on the L side of the tractor there's the sign.

Amazon or eBay for 27W led floods, and a simple angle bracket, I used some aluminum 'cause I had it, and a waterproof switch and you are good. My set up, on a similar L3400, works well for me. I have three switches, but for just reverse lights, it's simple. The existing power wire is good for 120W. BTW, I use lights mostly for snowplowing, and I have never had issues with blowing snow build-up on the lights. Just warm enough, I guess.

I ordered this light kit. Came with three lights and all cabling and ties with the appropriate connection for the L3901. Probably paid more than I needed to but it was easy to install and looks professional. In winter when moving snow at night or early am it lights the whole work area extremely well. Have not tried this summer at night.
