Light Towers

How many hours can you expect from a diesel light tower. The rental houses sell them between 2000 and 3000 hours. However the small 7 kva wisperwatt generators they sell after 25, 000 hours.

Many light towers use a Kubota 3 cylinder engine. they should be good for at least 10,000 hours. I have one I bought 2nd hand over 20 years ago and it's still going strong. I don't know how many hours.
