Man I would fix it. Fowler is the name of great parts for these. They will restore it for you also. They turn them into a Fowler Mainliner, slick as glass welding. Improving these machines is hard because they are soooo good. If you fix it and decide you don't like it sell it to a pipeliner. You can also get a bobcat or ranger or big blue or outback, there everywhere but they aren't making any more red faces. Big plus on the extra cont. red seal engine, Fowler also has upgrades for the older idlers since parts are rare now. Good luck !
