Link lifting arm stuck in up position after filter(s) changed

After changing my hydraulic and HST filter(s), then adding back fluid, my link lifting arms are stuck in the up position. Everything else in the hydraulic system seems to work fine.

Any ideas?

Found the problem. I adjusted the lifting arm (lower link) speed control lever and it came back to life.
