Hang on, wallaby is good eatin' and is sold in the local grocery stores, providores and restaurants.

A wallaby snag is fine dining! Mind you, most of the wallabies around here have the luxury of feeding off of the hay-fields. Mates of mine in Pyengana sold some wallaby meat to 'The Pub In The Paddock" and was accused of selling them beef... nope, just 'grass fed' 'roo.

The Americans would have had to Google 'chook' and probably 'roo' so I guess they would need Dr.G for 'snag' as well.
