Jerry,
what's an "intergrator"? If I bought this property, I'd be buying in an area where there are already farms and wouldn't think it correct to make problems since they were there first, also, these would be my neighbors, have always had a good relationship with my neighbors, would want to keep it that way. I have appreciated the info you and others have contributed, very interesting to learn how things work.

Most poultry now days are raised on private farms, but the poultry are owned by the farmer. There is normally a large poultry company that own and supply the chicks, feed, management assistance, medication, then they catch, process and sell the poultry. The farmer supplies the land, labor, equipment and the buildings. The poultry company that does these things is the integrator.

In other words we are integrated into their business. One can't do without the other.
