New to me LK3504 won't hold throttle over 2k rpm. The lever feels tight so I don't believe it needs adjusted. If it were any tighter, it would be too stiff. Seems that the issue stems from the throttle spring being heavier than necessary. Does anyone know if it is adjustable?
