I'm brainstorming about loading my tires on a 2535 and looking at the weight of the unit, i was wondering if this really needs to been done /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif.....r4's, fairly flat property, good drainage, etc. loader, BH, box blade
this is a fairly heavy unit compared to other in this hp range...
thanks for the input.. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Although it is not always necessary I think it is always a good idea to have your tires loaded when using a FEL.

The argument seems to be going both ways with no clear desision. I'm waiting until I feel it's worth spending money on. So far I have plenty of traction.

It makes a diference what you use your tractor for most of the time. If you use it to mow your yard you might not want the extra weight, but when you use your fel and lift anything heavy or high you should at least have something heavy on your 3pt for safety reasons. In most cases having the tires loaded is a advantage for traction and safety as the center of gravity is lower.
