Whatever tractor brand, I prefer a front loader with universal skid steer quick attach (SSQA) over a brand specific QA. SSQA is a faster, better design than my neighbor's "remove the pins" version. Plus with SSQA. there's more choice in implements without the need to mess with adapters or modify attachments. SSQA is a "standard" for a reason.

The John Deere attaching design is lighter in weight than the SSQA, and does not involve lining up pins. It is a good system.
I turned down the SSQA due to the bulk and weight.
Also, attachments I use on the FEL are Deere and fit up directly.
Reminder that the thread is about a Deere FEL and pin problem. ;)
