^^^^^^^ IT is correct.
If the 3 point hitch/ mower lift is working correctly then oil is flowing through the loader valve as intended when both valve spools are centered. You do not have loader control relief valve concerns. Hydraulic systems CAN run as much as 100 degrees over ambient temps and are safe to around 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
