Trying to get my loader back on from mowing it last week and I have very little control at the loader . No curl in the bucket and very minimal control in the boom .

So I reconnected the hoses to make sure they had positive connections same thing .

Next I stopped at the dealer and they weren't much help , thought maybe a relief vale was stuck open .

Got back home and was able to get the loader on but the controls are screwy .

To raise the boom I have to hold down and to the left .

Bucket curl works intermittently .

Boom/bucket will not raise the tractors front tires .

Possessed ? Hydro fluid is good . No leaks . HELP!

thanks

tim

If you have to use both a loader cylinder lift/lower movement combined with a curl function to get the loader to move tells me you have 1 of the bucket hoses interchanged with 1 of the loader cylinder circuits. Trace both rod end and base end of the loader cylinder hose back to the control valve to see whare they are connected. Both hoses should be connected side by side at either the outer side of the valve or the inner side depending on the valve circuit.

Hoses are good I verified this with the dealer . I will try and take a video and post it on you tube .

Do you have any extra remotes? If so are they powered from the PB hose on the loader valve? Did you swap the hose back when you installed the loader?

One easy and safe way to confirm what's going on is to reconnect just one loader function at a time and see what it does. My QD's can go together in any order so all the ends have 1, 2, 3, or 4 zip ties to eliminate guesswork in matching them up.

Do you have the 3PH lever locked in the "UP" position?

Wrong Hose position :ashamed: . I found a pdf of the la272 manual .

Boy I had them label wrong , dealer gave me the wrong info , you wouldn't think there could be 2 many combinations for 4 hoses .

Time to label them with colored ty wraps

thanks for everyones help

It sounds like you have the hoses in the wrong order. They have to be paired right to let the oil return. Good luck.
