Loader control valve questions

I am looking at putting a Mahindra loader on a 6430 premium Deere.
Attached is a picture of the loader valve. Does anyone know anything about this valve? Is it closed center load sensing? I’d like to use it through the power beyond circuit.

If it came with a Mahindra loader, then closed center, load sensing it is NOT. It will be simple open center, power beyond capable, but that's it. I can't think of a Mahindra model with closed center load sensing hydraulics. Maybe someone else can.

The box shows a 180206 valve but your description has a different model number 180207. Typo?

At the Cross info site...I couldn't find your DSV series. They do show a loader control valve as a newer? single lever DV series available as a 3000 psi, 2 spool, 15 gpm, SAE #8, & load checks... so if that one is close it is sure enough a loader control valve that can be set up either for open or closed center with the appropriate plugs and sleeves.

Did yours come with those plugs and sleeves? If so my guess is you can make it work.
From what I can see, it looks in your photo like you've got the spec sheets.

As for what the JD6430 has for hydraulics, I've no idea. Tractor Data isn't much help either - they seem to have a typo as well because open center is not load sensing.... Anyone will need to see a hydraulic schematic to even start to guess on what the tractor has. Or post in the JD section. Some good JD guys there.

Maybe so, or maybe the German-made JDs had a unique hybrid hydraulic system - or an optional hydraulic system or something similar... I wouldn't be willing to say for sure either way.

If the tractordata.com gurus got their hydraulic description lines transposed - which is what that entry sort of looks like to me - it would be a rare happening, and the first time in about 20 years that I've seen anything but double-checked solid info on the tractordata site. They take a lot of pride in being accurate.

Maybe someone who knows the JD 6430 Premium hydraulics can help us out here.

Deere parts show the 6430 premium having a variable volume load sense pump so the loader valve should be closed center with load sense to work correctly on the 6430.
