Hi all I got about 9 hrs on My 2022 ck2610 se hst and tonight while cleaning snow I noticed that my loaded would creep down. I have no leaks I did just put on a rear blade with hydraulic tilt. And it's very cold -30deg c or -22 f. Any advise?

How fast is it going down?

On my MF1540, it will normally slowly leak down, and I just automatically bump it back up a bit.

It's pretty easy to see it go down with nothing in bucket. Also maybe 1 hr before this I had my forks on and was lifting up my rear blade and it heald it solid in the air. When I was moving the bucket and lifting with the joystick it almost stuck in the up and bucket dump area wonder if that is sticking or something broke inside?

No way it should be doing that this new. Bad cylinders or valves. Warranty claim.

It's very cold get the hydraulic oil good and warm by using your hydraulics slowly until they speed up . Then see if the drifting persists.

It happening even when the oil was warm. Going to try it again in a few days and check oil levels. After Christmas if still doing it and oil levels are good will definitely be calling dealer

Called dealer today and they said it's a known problem for the lift rams on the loader they start off solid then after a few hrs they start to creep. Kioti knows about and they rebuild the cylinders. Just incase anyone else has a the same issue.

Well, in 50 years of running tractors and construction tractors, ive never had one that DOESNT drop down on its own over time.

Yai agree but at 9 hrs they should not creep to the point where it's easily to see it drop.

IF its the loader arms themselves and not just the bucket dumping, then the root cause is the valve itself.

Bad cylinder seals alone will not cause the loader to leak down. But they can make the problem worse. But at the end of the day, the only way the loader can leak down is for fluid to LEAVE the cylinder. And only two ways that can happen is 1. a leak that you would see, or 2. back through the valve.

But hey, if they are gonna rebuild the cylinders under warranty for you, let them have at it

That is very true. Have to see what they find I guess. Won't be taking it in for awhile but will keep everyone updated.
