Loader cylinder

Hello,
I have a L4200 with a LA680 Loader, and to make a long story short I overloaded it and now one lift cylinder sags or lags behind the other cylinder. It is noticable at full down and full up. Each cylinder reaches full extend and full retract at a different time.
The bucket is about 1.5 inches out of level.
Are the main lift cylinders rebuildable?

That is not good… You have the same tractor and loader I have, and I have really worked mine hard… My tractor stands on its toes at times even with a lot of weight on the 3pt. I’ve exceeded the lift and used the curl (brake out) and even stressed things with my 4n1 but never have I had any problems… What were you doing that you could have bent something?
Check your loader boom arms to see if you have twisted them… Measure from the bottom pin at the bucket to the rear pin on the boom. This measurement should be exactly the same for the left and right side of the loader. If they are then you may not have twisted your boom…. With the cylinders extended use a straight edge along the cylinder rods to check if you have a bent rod… Post back with what you find…. Yes cylinders are rebuildable. KennyV.

Hi Kenny,
I pulled the tape on the diagonal and close,give or take an .125". On and off the tractor, the loader measures square, or close enough(always have had trouble with the quick attach part one pin near the nose does not want to line up).... not the 1.5 inch droop I am seeing. A straight edge on the rods shows no bending.
When I raise the bucket and go very slow i can see the left cylinder stop and the right keep going about an inch, same thing when i lift the nose of the tractor off the ground.

I was cleaning hurricane debris from year before last, and recall thinking i should be pulling instead of pushing. Now I need to move a lot of dirt and do not want to exacerbate the problem, now I have time to fix it.

Try bleeding the cylinder to see what it will do. Extend the cylinder to the max, then hold the lever there for a few seconds. The retract it and hold it there for a few more seconds. It might not help at all, but then again it might.
