Loader for 2007 TC45DA?

I said I was getting off subject, and no offence was intended Jim:)
Joystick on a cab tractor is cable operated and located on the RH fender.
similar placement as new holland without the fancy plastic cover.
We have several options in joystick for buttons and switches. I will have to take a look at the set-up you are talking about. There is always a solution:)

I was concerned about joystick placement because of the picture in the PDF file you posted. The attached image is a crop of that picture showing the joystick on a TC40DA model tractor. I'm guessing that the joystick stays in this position when the loader is removed and can be used as a two-way remote for attachments other than the loader. I'm also curious if the Stoll loader uses a priority valve setup similar to the NH OEM loader or if it taps off the remote manifold near the rear axle. i.e. What/where is the source of hydraulics to the loader's dual remote joystick?

Not every powershift tractor is going to have a loader so it doesn't make sense to put the shift buttons on a joystick...

If the tractor will never have a loader, then why have the joystick?

The above zoomed picture of the stoll stick is what I thought. I would think that configuration would not work with my cabbed tractor. I have seen and used NH's stick. The NH stick, IMO, is a very good design. The powershift switch is also very handy. Not that the placement on the right "fender" is bad. While aesthetics is important to me, I also want I strong dependable loader. I'm sure both are just that. It seems that the price difference's are not that big. If I'm going to spend $4,500 on a stoll I would be willing to spend a little extra and get one from my dealer to have the best matched loader for my tractor. Not to mention the convenience of resolving any possible issues down the road, since my dealer is only 10 miles from my property.

It looks like the hydraulic hoses on the loader in Jim's picture would be a real battle on a cab tractor, plus the joystick would all but eliminate exiting the tractor from the right. Not that the New Holland one doesn't restrict it somewhat, and most people exit on the left anyway, but there are times when you want to exit from the right.
I don't know if they would offer a different style joystick for that loader, but if I had a nice cab tractor I wouldn't want that joystick in it. Most of the compacts I have seen with aftermarket loaders just don't seem to look quite right, not that looks are everything to everyone, but to me they are rather important.

The Joystick on a cab tractor is cable operated, located in easy reach attached to the RH rear fender. The control valve is under tha cab and all hoses are outside of the cab. Wish I had a picture but I do not. This loader will also interface with New Holland "loader ready valve".

I went to the site and saw the cable operated joystick looks like it would be fine, I guess I overlooked it in your previous post.

If you really want to know why I think OEM loaders are better, here are the reasons I've listed most of in prior posts in this thread:

1. OEM NH loaders will fit with the OEM cab.
2. OEM NH loaders will have OEM colors and markings the same as the tractor.
3. OEM NH loaders will have a specialty joystick that all deluxe tractor owners love because it has switches built in for the transmissions dual speed control.
4. OEM NH loaders have special features for attaching and detaching the loaders that make the job easier.
5. OEM NH loaders can be bought and installed by the same dealer where I bought the tractor. Therefore, I have one point for warranty and service.
6. Tractors with OEM loaders tend to have a better resale value.

Other than that, I'd say there is no reason not to buy a 3rd-party loader. Can you please provide me with a list of why you might consider the Westendorf an equal or better loader?

We all realize that Case and New Holland use many pieces that have red or blue paint. Other than those two brands, can you name one other source of a 250TL style loader that is "...just purchased from an aftermarket supplier..." and painted to match? Where can you purchase a 250TL style painted yellow, green, or orange? You should not make these statements if you can't back them up with facts. If you had said that NH buys loaders from manufacturers who build to NH specs and sell these loaders to them exclusively, then I would have no problem with that. What you said is not factual. That's where the "rub" comes in with me.

I will address the "rub" first. I am sorry, I was too general in my statement, however there is some truth to it. It applies to "Large Loader" models. I have not checked every loader fit or model, but I have compared a lot of them. It looks as if they've just changed model numbers (specific to NH, Case) and added color. I realize the TC45DA is a smaller tractor, more of a compact or sub-compact size.

Here is my list for equal...

1. Westendorf loader will fit with cabs, no cabs and some aftermarket cabs.
2. Westendorf can paint the loader to match if you choose that as a option.
3. Westendorf loaders are packaged with or without valves and joystick for those of you who want to go with the OEM hydraulic set up.
4. Westenodrf invented and patented the power-mount loader over 30 years ago... maybe more. You can literally take the loader on or off in 2 minutes or less without using tools or having to keep track of stands. Proof?: http://www.loaders.com/userdocs/products/23_WindowsMedia_-_DSL.wmv
5. Many New Holland dealers across the US are also Westendorf Dealers, you can still get your one source for warranty and service.
6. I will agree with you that the resale value of any tractor with a loader is much better, however it is higher with a Westendorf loader than with a OEM loader. You have "more options" for different tractors with a Westendorf, when your tractor wears out. I have talked to many customers that are on their 3rd, 4th or 5th tractor and still using the same Westendorf loader they purchased 30 maybe 40 years ago.

Here is my list for better...

7. Better Availability of Parts: You can still order parts for loaders we built back in the early 60's. Adds value and reliability.
8. Better strength is engineered into the design and the FIT of the loader. 75 Years of experience has taught us "where" and "when" we need to strengthen and how to over come difficult obsticals like huge front tires or casted frames.
9. Better Fits: We fit both OLD and NEW tractors on the market that OEM's don't, or may have poor fits or weak fits on. (Models like the 4020, 1086, Pumas, T7000 or Super-Steer models) We fit them and fit them well.
10. The loader are Made in the USA with quality, top grade components in the heart of the midwest.
11. You can get your Westendorf for most models in 3 days time. Same goes for parts... how long will you be down if the parts you need have to come from China, Mexico or Europe...

I don't want this to turn into an advertisement, that is not my intent. However this is a common belief and it gets frustrating at times when you KNOW and have SEEN it is not the truth. The best comparison I can give is like accepting a cassette player in your truck as standard equipment, when you could have gotten the IPOD docking station, CD player and built-in satellite radio for the same price...

My 2 reasons for purchasing OEM loader, even if manufactured by contracted vendor is the fender mounted joystick, and hidden routed hydraulic plumbing, and that swept down boom loader arm design. Just perch yourself on a NH TC35-45 with a "NH factory" loader and observe the view. Nuff said!

Thanks for taking the time to put a well-thought-out list of your loader's features here. Now, this thread can be referenced anytime someone has a question. Your loaders (especially for larger tractors) look awesome. I watched the movie several times. That is slick! How many of those loaders can you sell me at $4k each? . . . just kiddin' ;) I bet everyone who has one of those loves it, and that's no joke. Very nice!

Thanks... Remember you get what you pay for...long term value purchases are always better than saving a few bucks short term. It's kind of like buying your coveralls from Wal-Mart or getting them from Carhart... The loader in the video you won't get for $4K :(, its more around $9... sorry... it fits 160 HP tractors... but we work with all budgets and sizes and when the sky's the limit the high tech features you can get are really amazing.
