Does anybody know why all of a sudden? My front loader has problems going up and goes slows down

About a 98% chance you have a quick couple unseated. Disconnect and reconnect them. It's not always obvious which one it is. Do it with the loader on the ground and relieve the pressure first. If it's not that check that your linkage is giving full range of stroke on the valve spool.

At the time I thought it was a good idea, I plug my FEL into one of the 2 sets of remotes on my MF563.
Sometimes the lever that choses which set of remotes is being used will not quit go to neutral but also not fully engaged.
When this happens I get similar results. I put a short bungee cord to the lever just to keep engaged.
If that's how you've got yours plugged in anyways. If not, ignore.

Check the lever on the three point. If it's in the full up position your hydraulic system may be in bypass mode. Pull it a little off of full up. If that solves the problem you need an adjustment on your rock shaft.

If you have rear remotes, make sure they are centered and not 'deadheading' against the relief valve.
