Why, when I try to hook up the loader to my TC24DA, can I only get one hydrolic arm to move at a time? Is this normal?? It makes it very tough to align the arms on the pin mounts. If I move the joystick up and down, only one arm will move at a time. Is this normal?

Check your hydraulic lines, is one of them not connected completely or possibly two of them reversed?

Do you mean the arms will move but the bucket curl doesn't or visa versa?

It must be that one loader arm pin or one of the hydraulic cylinders is binding enough that all the fluid is going to the opposite side. May be that the loader is still new and very tight rather than a problem. When the moving loader arm touches something, does the other arm then move? If not, there must be a serious imbalance or binding on the side that does not move.

There is nothing that would stop this from happening since both sides of your loader are fed from the same hydraulic line. Perhaps, with time, the loader will loosen up and this won't be a problem. If you can't get the loader on or off because of this , then it's a real problem you probably should talk to your dealer about trying to fix. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
