And another one - finally got time to pull the plate on my KL120, to find all four corners cracked. Two on bucket side are cracked to the bolt holes. Two to the rear are cracked all the way to beam edge, about 1.5". Who'd a'thought of looking? I'll let the dealer know when I send the tractor back to fix BH damage caused when they took it back last time to fix another problem. Wonder how this will go...
For the record, I have a toothbar, and work the loader fairly hard - but not abusively, I think, and never even run up the RPMs to PTO speed. Certainly notice what seems like a lot of loader twist on uneven loads or when digging a corner. But leaving the BH on all the time as a counterweight means I mainly use that for anything really tough.
Hope they have a good fix in the works, since I don't know how much to trust this dealer's mechanic. You legal eagles: if the problem is reported during warranty, can we wait until a "real" repair is available without giving up any rights?
