Loader used to leak down now it leaks up

I have Kubota L450 loader on L3650 tractor. Loader had been leaking down while brush hogging with loader empty. Now suddenly the loader actually leaks up while brush hogging. Rest of hydraulics work fine with no leak downs. Is their a simple way to test my valve or cylinders? I checked online and it looks like valve is discontinued. If it is valve is their a repair kit for it?

Looks like parts are still available including seal kit, detent kit, spool kit, etc. even if the assembly is not: the page title says 650 loader but clicking on the valve shows it's for the 450 loader

MAke sure you dont have a stick or debris or something preventing the actual joystick from returning to center (neutral position)
