I have the curved boom loader on a 3040 and recently I have lost the float position, it kinda worked if you forced it for a while and now it doesn't work at all. I didn't have time to do anything with it and then we got 4 feet of snow. I now have lost float all together and it goes down really slow.
Has anybody else had this problem? or does anybody happen to have a parts breakout for that valve?
Thanks,
Dallas

I sounds to me like your joystick control is loose. Lift the boot up and check out where the joystick lever pivots and pushes / pulls the control spools. If something is loosening off then you are loosing stroke. With less stroke you are not reaching the detent position for float. Probably a very easy fix.

Thanks, i will check that when I get home from work, that would make sense because I noticed too that it was leaking some fluid under the boot.
