i have the answer.you can hook up the fel the way i did and it would work fine.u hook up the the pressure side of the pump to the inlet of the valve and the return of the valve to the 3 pt inlet. this will work fine. So why do u have the power beyond?well here is the answer. on some tractors when u do the 2 hose hook up and u have a heavy load on the 3pt hitch and u have the fel in float position the weight on the 3pt could lift the bucket. to prevent this from happening you use the power beyond. i hope it is explained clearly.this was from koyker.

To convert the valve to power beyond, a fitting has to be installed in the valve. This is usually not installed in the valve by Koyker, but is supplied with the valve. The valve will be open center with or without the the powerbeyond. The only problem with not using the pby fitting would occur if you have a problem with the relief valve in the 3 point.,

used the the loader today for about an hour. it worked with out skipping as beat. had plenty of power and was pretty quick.used it with 1000rpm that was fine for me. i ocassionally hit the gas to go faster when i wanted.ill keep my 2 hose connection cause i dont use the tractor very often.ill put up some pics.
