Buying Advice Local classified ad

Ad in todays local classified paper:

"2010 Kioti tractor w/cab & 72" loader, 45hp, 4WD, HST, 4cyl, loaded rear tires, diesel, heat & AC, used only 32 hrs $25,000."

Sound like a decent price? I have to wonder why it's being sold already.

Call and find out if interested.Could be a lot of things....divorce,loss of job,found out too big...wife found out................

Could be any of those. Could also be someone in the family is sick or died, they need to move, too much debt and so on.

I haven't price Kioti's ,but I'll tell you I paid $10,000 more in 2008 for a Cabbed 44hp Kubota.I think it may be a fair price.Those hours are nothing,same as new.

some people buy tractors use them for awhile an then decide to sell them.$25,000 sounds like a real fair price for a new tractor.

If you go look at it, don't be shy about crawling around underneath it and checking over the loader and frame for cracks or signs of abuse.
Odds are the guy isn't trying to dump a mistake on someone else but better safe than sorry.
I went to look at a "well" used tractor and it seemed like the guy was trying to distract me from actually inspecting the machine too closely. Anyways I found a few things that scared me off that perhaps he was trying to hide.
