Korrumburra Agricultural Show, only a small town but a sizeable turnout, we go mainly for the horse events.

The Fordson tractors were made in Michigan USA. Here is one we spied a few years ago in Butte Montana.

The half tracks were quite common in the early days as the area we are in is mostly reclaimed swamp, a river that ran into it was extended to the sea and several drains were put in which now bear THE NAME 'river'.
The land is now beef and dairy and the largest asparagus growing area in the country, inland a bit further is huge potato growing but the bigger ones are further east and west in volcanic red soil.
Another popular tractor in the 40's and 50's was the Lanz Bulldog single cylinder diesel with the heat bulb starter (blow torch), still see a few at some shows.

Never get tired of seeing what helped build this great country.
