I have a beautiful pond of about 3/4 acres that was at one time fed by one or more fresh water springs. Some time long before I bought the place the owner at that time had the land clear cut for the pine trees. That was some 15 years ago to my best guess. The loggers, having no regard for the springs, covered the springs up, presumably with the heavy logging equipment.
Although the pond still pretty much holds its own with only rain water, I would like to locate the springs and open them back up to feed the pond. BUT - I have no idea as to how to locate the springs. And of course, I'm not versed in using dowsing rods
Can you/anyone suggest the best way to find our lost springs?
