log loader on sawmill

I am thinking about building a log loader for my silva saw sawmill. It already is equiped with hydrolic up and down and feed on the head. I am thinking about tapping into that. Anybody every added a loader to thier mill? Am i better off just putting a new hydrolic set up on it or can I use what is there?

If you are you talking about adding one more cyl? You can probably use what you have. If you are using stack valves, it is easy enough to add another spool.
