Probably a std metric seal on the pump so it should be a cheap fix. If its not fixing it the pump is bad.

On those old east European machines from the communists era its often substandard rubber seals so they often leak

Thanks for the info on the seal. I was able to get the tractor up and running with an oil change, adding power steering fluid, and a new battery. I also had to add 2 qts of oil to the transmission. Everything mechanical seems to work however none of the Gage's work nor does the tach, not a big deal but i do want to get these working eventually. Does anyone know where the tach connects for getting rpm info?

I'm thinking he meant 360. At least that's what mine is.

Actual mine says 2360 on the engine cover and on the paperwork that I have when it was originally purchased.

The 360 is the predecessor to the 2360. You are correct. Mine is a 1984 model. The 2360 came out in the 90's.

I bet it fires up pretty easily. I had a 2360 back in the 90's. It always started. I had a few problems with it, the diaphragm on the fuel lift pump failed. I had some loose wiring issues on the regulator causing the alternator to full field and charge the battery at 17 volts. Like an idiot it took the second cracked battery before I stuck a meter on it. Whoops. It was an eastern bloc tractor, so fit and finish and details were not high on their list, but It did work pretty well most of the time, and I put a lot of hours on it.
