long time kioti owner

I have owned a kioti 3054 since 1996 and for those who are inquiring about their durability I can tell you they are Tuffern Woodpecker Lips. I have had some problems with it but it is easy to work on and parts are available.
I recently had the front axle pivot break out of the housing
I havent wrecked it or anything of that nature. I called Robert at kioti customer service and told him what was going on and that I thought that this wasa totally unreasonable problem to have. Let me tell you even though it was WAAAAY out of warranty they shipped me a new housing no charge. It was real easy to take apart and reassenble. I shipped the old housing back for the engineers to look at (defective casting)
so if any one is worried about customer service Kioti CAN NOT be beat!! I apologise about the rough wording but I am a two finger typer

Just as soon as I can get some seat time on the net I will post more...I have done alot of maitenance and repairs,nothing tragic..but I USE my tractor I have shown it no mercy, I maintain the poop outta it tho
P.S. napa has oil and air filters for this thing napa gold oil filter PN 1324 and yes the threads are exact AND it has an anti-drain check valve
Air filter pn 2276 it even has the plasick air swirly thingy ;o)~

welcome LT, glad to hear about kioti's in a positive way from a person that can add some history to our forum. now that you are here i think we have 7 kioti owners. we are growing slowly but surely. i have a dk35 and it is awesome.

will i thought 7 but only 6 kioti owners but that's 100% growth since i started on this bb. sounds like alot "100% growth" just like those polls the politicians do. like they don't rig those.

Hey, grab the old Kodak and post some pic's of the front housing, if you can get some, would like to see the progress of tearin it down and puttin it back together again, also the broken parts.

I tried but I cant get the size down enough to get them to load
they are 1160 x 1768 or close to that and I cant figure how to shrink them
does anyone know I'd Love to post them because it's real neat how this thing is designed

if you have picture editing soft ware use resize /resample, cut the nunbers you gave in half and they should be acceptable. if you dont have the software there is a free one that works quite well. go to www.irfanview.com i use the irfanview
