Long Tractors?

The 390hydro looks nice have not driven one. Dealer has one has not sold any yet. My loader is the Long5340, you can get a 60",72"which I have,or 84" bucket. You can also get forks and an optional quick attach kit so you can switch between bucket and forks or other attachments. My tractor was replaced with the 450dtc.The 410-550 are considered utility tractors. I did a search when I was looking to buy and went to the L G cable web site. They are a very large company and big producer of tractors in Korea I can't remember the site you should check it out for piece of mind.

Thanks for the reply. I mis-read - you have a different loader than I thought. Looked at the specs on yours.. NICE.

Well the dealer already has the 5140 on the long I'm looking at and I suspect the price would increase substantially for the upgraded one.

I checked out the web site - looks like the tractors were originally hundai before LG cable bought them if I read it right

I purchased a used Landtrac 410 for $14,400 delivered with a 6,000lb Bush Hog front loader, spacers to widen the stance, liquid filled tires, 6ft box scrapper w/ the heavy claws and I paid an extra & $200 for them to weld on a heavy duty blade on the end of my bucket. Worth every penny. Got it with under 200hrs on it and in two months I've just about doubled that. I've been grading roads & pads with it, skidding 6,000lb to 8,000lb logs in 6" of mud. It's the best little workhorse I’ve ever used. Had to spot weld some of the pins underneath. Knocked three loose skidding one day. Had a bag of a dozen extras so I was OK. Bent the mounting bracket on the box scraper. It was dark and I hit three manzanita stumps at one time instead of one. Easy fix with a torch and a couple pieces of 1/2" plate. It’s not going anywhere now. Great price for the tractor. One of the best investments I’ve ever made. Don’t plan on selling this bad boy.

LG is a great company. Here is the link to their Agricultural Machinery division. They make the Long compacts and they are excellent. LG Montana has all of the compacts plus they have the Utility tractors as well.

They are a world class manufacturer making tractors for Long, some TAFE, New Holland and many others.

If you want parts in the long term I will get them for you. The LG Montana is the same as the LG manufactured Long compacts and they are here for the long term.

We have LG Montana tractors that Long does not carry that are exclusive to LG Montana. These are the utility tractors and they are nice. If you have the LG built Longs and need help please let me know and I will do my best to support you.

I do not think anyone with an LG built long has anytihng to worry about.
