Hi Jay; I wind up in Mackinaw City a couple times a year. There's a little restaurant tucked back in one little alleys on the main drag called Scallawags. It's the onliest place that I'll actually buy fish to eat. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gifThe guy started this place in 1992, and now has 4 restaurants in the LP. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif This one closes in October
I can't count the times I've been to either Soo, but never have taken the Locks tour, one of these days. I have stood there on the down bound side and talked to guys I knew on one of the frieghters when they were locking thru. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I tried and tried to send you a PM with my info, but I guess TBN's PM feature isn't working for me /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I guess you'll just have to stick with your other plan to take it back closer to it's home next time you're down near Saginaw.
