Great pic, thanks for sharing...We don't see snakes around here like we used to when I was a kid growing up in the 50's...Don't see grasshoppers either.

I once had a terrible fear of snakes. I desensitized myself by studying them and reading up on them... Today, snakes get a pass from me as just another valuable part of the natural world, and I've even come to (somewhat) enjoy watching them.
