That's what I paid for my DK35 with loader new in 2005. I think after 4 years it may be a bit high.

I don't think it's a terrible price if it's been well maintained. No cab? I would probably offer him $16,000 and bargain from there.

I think its high, not outrageous, but a little high. For a couple thousand more you could get a new one, with financing and a warranty.

Local dealer here in Michigan has brand DK45 with loader for $20,500.coobie

The 45 is a good tractor, at least for many of the uses I have for it. An ideal size for snow moving, loader work of any kind, mowing, spraying, etc. It's a bit on the light side for heavy duty tillage work but for food plots and gardens it can't be beat. I would not buy one without a cab unless I was going to be in the woods alot and the hydrostatic would make it a darn near perfect tractor.
