Looking at a LB2204....what gives???

I have a chance to buy a LB2204 with a KL122 FEL and POOA11 power steering kit on the tractor. The price is right, but what I'm worried about is that I don't see any thing here or any where else on the net about this model. does anyone have any opinions on this model. I belive it is a 1989. What I need it to do is operate a 5' brush hog through high grass up and down steep hills. Also pull a full manure spreader down a steep hill.I'm a little worryed that it will not be able to hold it back, however there is mostly shavings and hay in it and not much load weight. I'm not sure how many bushel spreader it is, but it is about 8' long and 2 1/2' wide. Any comments would be most welcome. thanks ahead of time!
